OUR MISSION

Kineto Property Care was born out of years spent working inside the property maintenance industry, not just alongside it. Over that time, our founders saw the same gaps come up again and again in how residential property care was delivered across Auckland.

Compliance work like Healthy Homes assessments was too often treated as a box to tick, rather than a genuine service to landlords and tenants. Communication with property managers was slow. And maintenance and compliance were rarely handled by people who actually understood both trades and legislation.

We started Kineto to close those gaps, and to be so much more than just a Healthy Homes company.

We’re a company that covers everything to do with housing, from solar panels right down to something as small as a changing door handle. Smoke alarms, insulation, draught proofing, heat pumps, plumbing — we do it all, under one roof.

And we don’t just talk the talk.

Our team includes licensed building practitioners and registered builders, alongside regulated electricians and plumbers, so every job, whether it’s a small repair or a full home renovation, is backed by real qualifications and real experience.

From building decks to larger scale renovations, we have the trade capability and compliance knowledge to see a project through properly, not just play a part in it.

That belief is what drives Kineto today.
